What we do

Programmes addressing healthcare and educational challenges

Our programmes

The work, as it actually runs

Each of these is a live programme. If one closes, it disappears from this page.

Mental Health Support

Counselling and psychological support for medical students facing burnout, anxiety and depression during training.

Financial Assistance for Medical Students

Scholarships, stipends and emergency grants so financial hardship does not end a medical education.

Healthcare Access for Medically Disadvantaged Elderly

Clinics, home visits and medication support for elderly people without reliable access to healthcare.

Research and Advocacy for Health Equity

Original research and public advocacy addressing the structural causes of health inequity in Nigeria.

Mental health support

Mental wellbeing decides health outcomes as much as anything clinical does. Our support runs to counselling, peer groups and wellness resources — for medical students under academic pressure, and for elderly people living with isolation.

It is delivered in partnership with licensed mental health professionals, so what a beneficiary receives is qualified care rather than goodwill.

Who each programme is for

Eligibility sits on the application form itself, above it, before you start writing. If you are not sure whether a programme covers your situation, apply and we will tell you either way.
